How quickly will my order ship?

I am eager to ship out your item quickly and strive to get it to you by the date that you need it. Orders typically ship within – 48 hrs if not the next day. If it is to take longer, I will inform you at the time your order is received. Orders are filled by need by & party date, not necessarily by the date order was placed. I ship all orders daily Mon-Sat, USPS Priority Mail-most orders $6.50 from NC.

If you think that your package will be lost or stolen, please let me know that you wish to purchase Insurance for your order. I am not responsible for lost packges or damgaed items that may result within the USPS.


No physical items will be shipped.  Everything will be sent to you via email.

Do you do rush orders?

Every order is a rush! I get orders out within 24-48 hrs.

Please contact me first before placing your order to make sure I can get you on my schedule for your party date.

If for any reason I cannot fulfill your order once you’ve paid, I will refund your money.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time shipping it only in the U.S.

What if I don't find the theme I'm looking for on your website?

Contact me at and let me know what you’re looking for!  I'm 99% sure I can help you with what you are looking for.

Do you offer discounts if I purchase multiple items?

At this time I do not offer discounts when you buy several items or large quantities of one item.  I do offer free shipping (to U.S residents only) when your purchase total is $150.00 or more.

I do have specials periodically throughout the year.  You can follow me on Facebook, to find out about these specials. 

What payments do you accept?

All payment transactions are completed by using PayPal. If you do not have an account set up with PayPal, you can sign in as a guest to complete your purchase. Please note if you pay by eCheck- it will take an additional 5-7 days for your check to clear. We ship to addresses that are listed with your paypal account. Please make sure all such addresses are UP TO DATE and CORRECT.

Items are made to order. Therefore, payment is due at the time the order is placed.  If you require a special invoice for additional items, or customization, the invoice I email must be paid before any work will be started.  There is a $5 cancel fee if you cancel your order after we have already started to make your items. If it is a customized order- the cancel fee is $10....sorry these items can then not be used for other orders.

Do you offer Refunds & Exchanges?
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. All sizes are listed with the products. Please review them before you order. If personalization is incorrectly spelled etc contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and prior to your party date. A photo of your received order will be required.

Digital Items-Due to the nature of these items we cannot give refunds for any digital items.

At this time I only correspond via email.  I do check email regularly throughout the day and try my best to respond to your request and questions within 1-2 hrs....please do not give up! I will get back to you:)
